Integrity Physical Therapy is a privately-owned outpatient practice specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation. Our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with modern sports medicine tools and technology. Our team consists of committed professionals, including two experienced physical therapists and a certified physical therapy assistant (PTA), all dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. We predominantly serve individuals with private medical insurance, ensuring that our treatments are accessible and efficient.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite in our state-of-the-art facility in Winchester, VA. Our work environment promotes teamwork and collaboration among healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing a balanced work-life schedule while fulfilling patient care commitments. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical capabilities, needs, and conditions through comprehensive evaluations and effectively identify their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a personalized caseload, treating one patient every hour to ensure focused and individualized care.
• Employ evidence-based practices to deliver effective and cost-efficient treatment plans, helping clients regain their range of motion and mobility.
• Work collaboratively with patients to motivate them throughout their treatment journey, enhancing their likelihood of success.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques and tailored exercise protocols to facilitate recovery, ensuring each treatment is customized to fit individual needs.
• Document patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans thoroughly and accurately in our EMR software, specifically WebPT, to maintain clear and accessible records.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary, providing continuous feedback and updates to patients and collaborating healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. We provide care for a diverse range of patients, from professional athletes to active adults and seniors with mobility challenges. You will employ various therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of each patient, which span across pre-operative strengthening programs and post-operative rehabilitation protocols.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and hold a valid Virginia state license to practice.
• Maintain a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions; adherence to ethical standards is essential.
• Demonstrate strong manual therapy skills necessary for effective treatment of orthopedic conditions.
• Show exceptional ability to create and implement individualized exercise programs that lead to successful patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is an asset.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with demonstrated work in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Experience in managing patient care through innovative treatment modalities that promote healing and rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience.
