In the context of our development, we are recruiting an Avant-vente (H/F) within our headquarters based in La Chapelle sur Erdre.

Attached to the Avant-vente Manager, the main missions will be:

• Support and assist the sales team in the sale of technical solutions;
• Analyze customer needs and develop technical studies to meet them;
• Design technical solutions adapted to identified needs in line with client needs and market evolutions;
• Provide technical expertise to sales teams and respond to their requests;
• Participate in technical responses to tenders;
• Provide technical support to teams and contribute to solving encountered issues;
• Collaborate with the technical service to ensure the coherence and feasibility of proposed solutions;
• Be a force of proposal on the evolutions and needs of the Projects and Technical services;
• Participate in technological monitoring to identify relevant evolutions and opportunities for the company;
• Participate in the maintenance of the service catalog and the various presentation supports of our offers.

Competencies to succeed in this position:

• Bac +2 minimum education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Technical knowledge in IT infrastructures (servers, datacenter, security, network).
• Mastery of office tools, good writing skills, and good numerical skills.
• You are recognized for your team spirit, your sense of listening, your rigor, your organization, and your adaptability.

Recruitment process:

• Telephone pre-qualification with the HR manager
• First interview in our premises with the manager and HR manager
• Second interview if necessary with the director and manager, a case study may be considered depending on the position
• Systematic feedback to candidates

Additional information:

• Location: La Chapelle sur Erdre (44)
• 39h (1 additional rest day per month + overtime)
• Remuneration from 36k to 41k
