Job Description Production SupervisorLead. Coach. Improve. We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement. In this role, you'll champion safety, quality, and productivity while partnering across functions to deliver exceptional results for our customers. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop production employees to build a strong, engaged team. Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Manage daily production schedules, staffing, and resources to meet performance goals. Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to support production and process improvements. Spend time on the shop floor identifying opportunities, solving problems, and eliminating waste. What You'll Bring Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to drive results through people, processes, and data. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
