Brand Manager

The Brand & Campaign Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns for a global manufacturer of hydraulic components. This role ensures consistent brand positioning across all markets and channels while driving demand generation, customer engagement, and market share growth. You will Develop and maintain a clear, differentiated global brand strategy aligned with business objectives Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all regions and channels Manage and enforce brand guidelines across internal teams and external partners Conduct market and competitive analysis to strengthen positioning and messaging Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, product launches, and content marketing Collaborate with product management and sales to align campaigns with product roadmaps and revenue goals Design targeted campaigns for key industries such as construction, agriculture, and mobile equipment Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines effectively Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through multi-channel initiatives Define KPIs and track campaign performance in alignment with central marketing teams Analyze campaign results and optimize performance for continuous improvement Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools for execution, tracking, and reporting Oversee creation of high-quality marketing content (technical materials, videos, web content) Translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling value propositions for target audiences Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and manage external agencies while enabling regional customization Your Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 5+ years of experience in brand management and campaign marketing Experience in technical B2B markets preferred Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically Experience in InDesign and Adobe Premier (including video editing) Understanding and ability to apply advanced graphic design concepts, bonus: videographer/photographer experience Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially for technical products Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Experience working with global teams and multi-region campaigns Understanding of hydraulic systems, mobile equipment, or fluid power applications is a bonus We offer you Annual PTO Paid Holidays Full Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, accident, HSA, and FSA) Employee Assistance Program 401k with Company Match Employee Referral Program Opportunities for further development and training Bucher Hydraulics, Inc. 2545 Northwest Parkway Elgin, IL 60124, USA T View phone number on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Bucher Hydraulics
