Who We Are Looking For\n

You may be a strong fit if you are an experienced family law attorney who:

\n

·   Can independently manage cases from initial consultation through resolution and post-judgment matters

\n

·   Has substantial experience with divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, and contested family litigation

\n

·   Exercises sound judgment in negotiation, strategy, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation

\n

·   Communicates proactively with clients and takes full responsibility for deadlines, strategy, and results

\n

·   Values excellent client service and understands the importance of time capture, account management, and collectability

\n

·   Wants to practice at a high level without personally managing every staffing, technology, marketing, billing, and collections issue

\n

Qualifications\n

·   Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

\n

·   Active North Carolina Bar license, or a clear path to North Carolina licensure; South Carolina licensure is a plus

\n

·   Meaningful family law experience and the ability to manage an active caseload with limited supervision

\n

·   Excellent written advocacy, courtroom, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills

\n

·   Strong organization, responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to client service

\n

·   Comfort with Microsoft Office and legal practice-management, timekeeping, and billing systems

\n

Compensation and Relocation\n

We offer a compensation structure designed to reward experience, production, and the value an attorney brings to the practice. Anticipated total compensation can range from approximately $150,000 to $350,000 or more, depending on experience, production, capabilities, and role. This range is not a guarantee of any specific salary or incentive amount. The structure and expectations will be discussed candidly during the interview process.
