Senior IT Business Analyst

Supporting strategic enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Senior IT Business Analyst will manage requirements gathering, process analysis, and implementation support for projects focused on Contract Lifecycle Management or Payroll Transformation. Key responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to define business and system requirements and facilitate workshops Analyze current-state processes and identify improvements, creating supporting documentation such as business requirements and process maps Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and assist with data migration and reconciliation efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience 6+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or related role Experience supporting enterprise system implementations and working with third-party vendors Strong analytical skills with experience in data mapping, validation, and system integrations Experience coordinating testing, including UAT and defect management
