Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Corporate Customer Service department supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving, sound decision‑making, and the ability to multitask under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization. 

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Buffalo, NY

Pay Range: $24/hour

Contract Length:  Temporary Contract through July 2026

What’s the Job?

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
  • Processing and entering customer orders while ensuring data accuracy
  • Troubleshooting order issues, shipment questions, and product concerns
  • Coordinating with internal teams (logistics, sales, planning) to resolve customer needs
  • Managing multiple customer requests in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining service standards

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with Windows, MS Word, Excel; SAP is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 2–4 years of customer service or order management experience (CPG preferred)
