Home Concepts Custom Remodeling is the Exclusive Luxury Bath dealer of Arizona. We are a trusted bathroom remodeling company specializing in bath and shower replacements. Key Responsibilities Engage with attendees at festivals, expos, and trade shows (indoor and outdoor) Schedule free in-home consultations for bathroom remodeling projects Provide a solution to overcomethe current challenges they face Represent the Luxury Bath brand professionally and enthusiastically at all times Set up and break down as needed Compensation package Part-time job, full-time money Paid weekly Unlimited earning potential based on performance, earn a percentage of each job you bring in! Weekly commission Monthly bonus opportunities Expense reimbursement Schedule This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our event calendar expands: Flexible scheduling based on event availability Most events occur on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) Can volunteer for additional hours and weekday events Benefits Paid training Paid time off Referral program Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (eligibility may vary) Requirements Availability to work weekends Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation with sufficient cargo space for event materials Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and interact with attendees throughout events Experience in customer service, appointment setting or events preferred Compensation $20.00 – $25.00 per hour + Commission + Bonuses.
