Veterinary Technician

Veterinary Technician / Veterinary Assistant (Full-Time) We are looking for a full‑time Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our growing team. Credentialed technicians are encouraged to apply, but we are also open to experienced non‑credentialed candidates with strong technical skills and a passion for patient care. Our ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, team‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while providing exceptional care to our patients and clients. Responsibilities Include Patient restraint and handling Blood collection and sample processing Administering SQ, IM, and IV injections as directed Placing and maintaining IV catheters Assisting doctors with examinations, treatments, and procedures Client education regarding medications, preventative care, diagnostics, and treatment plans Monitoring hospitalized patients Performing laboratory testing and diagnostic procedures Taking and developing radiographs Maintaining accurate medical records Supporting a positive and collaborative team environment Qualifications Previous veterinary experience required Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT) preferred but not required Proficient with blood draws and injections Strong communication and client service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable) Paid time off Employee pet care discounts Continuing education opportunities Supportive team culture and opportunities for growth If you are passionate about veterinary medicine and enjoy making a difference in the lives of pets and their families, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr NVA General Practice
