Registered Nurse - Renal Medicine

Location: Asheville, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our 18-bed Renal Medicine unit. The nurse will work alongside a team of motivated professionals in a clinically driven environment, committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis.
Monitor patient health and vitals, ensuring safety and quality care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient services.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current RN licensure for North Carolina.
BLS certification required.
PCT certification is preferred.
Experience with Cerner EMR is advantageous.
Certification in peritoneal dialysis is a plus.
