Strategic Economic Development Director

City of Woodburn is seeking an Economic Development Director to join the executive management team. The incumbent will manage all aspects of the City’s economic development program, activities, and urban renewal development, building relationships with businesses, property owners, developers, and government partners to support existing firms and encourage new growth.
