Position Summary The role involves developing and supporting membership by providing information on membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet membership goals. Additionally, you will maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Other responsibilities include fulfilling member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet member needs. You will also complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; identifying improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. Providing member service includes acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services. You will comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying them in executing business processes and practices. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
