Caregiver / Personal Attendant / Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: San Leandro, CA Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Hiring Bonus: $600 ($200 after the first full week working with clients and $400 after completion of 90 days) Immediate client needs for full‑time candidates ready to work ASAP. Thrive Support Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Caregiver / Personal Attendant to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves supporting daily tasks and fostering independence. Responsibilities Support clients with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, meal planning, meal preparation, medication administration, and community outings. Provide light housekeeping duties. Qualifications At least one year of experience as a caregiver or in‑home aide, preferably with adults with developmental disabilities. High level of accountability and dependability. Ability to provide hands‑on care including bathing, dressing, changing diapers, assisting with medication, etc. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid California Driver License. Reliable vehicle access. Pass DOJ fingerprinting/ criminal background check. Obtained CPR/First Aid certification. Obtained TB test result.
