About the Role:

32 Truckin LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team in Pickerington, OH! This is a great opportunity to get behind the wheel of a well-maintained rig and be a key part of a hardworking crew that takes pride in getting the job done right.

Responsibilities:

• Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials to and from job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
• Load and unload materials including dirt, gravel, asphalt, and construction debris
• Follow designated routes and delivery schedules to ensure on-time performance
• Communicate with dispatchers, site supervisors, and crew members as needed
• Maintain accurate logs, trip reports, and documentation per FMCSA requirements
• Ensure the truck is clean, fueled, and properly maintained at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Clean driving record with a satisfactory MVR
• Previous dump truck or heavy equipment driving experience preferred
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service rules
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Strong attention to safety, punctuality, and professionalism on job sites
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
