Overview Our law group is growing, and we are looking for a sharp family attorney who will zealously represent clients in all areas of family law. You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations, such as navigating prenuptial agreements and attending court hearings for divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support. The prime candidate will have experience with a range of sensitive legal issues, such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence, and be able to maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high-stress situations. Compensation $80,000 - $110,000 yearly Base Plus Bonus Responsibilities Represent clients in family law matters, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support. Attend court hearings and mediation as required. Communicate with clients, prepare legal documents, and negotiate on behalf of clients. Handle sensitive issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence with professionalism and discretion. Maintain composure and advocate effectively in high-stress situations. Qualifications Active law license and practice in relevant jurisdiction. Experience in a range of family-law matters and sensitive cases. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
