Retail Shift Leader

Location & Pay Address: 5653 Treaschwig Rd., Spring, Texas 77373 Pay range: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour based on experience. Job Overview EZCORP is looking for a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead operations and develop future store leaders. The role focuses on customer service excellence, sales, and team management within a fast‑paced store environment. Duties Process loans and extensions Negotiate pawn terms with customers Perform opening and closing store procedures Supervise and coach store team members Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of supervisory or similar experience Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) a plus Sales background a plus Bilingual a plus *No cost for TM only medical insurance when selecting BlueCross BlueShield EPO Plan.
