Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities in skilled nursing facilities
Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
Travel between three SNF locations in North Dakota to provide consistent care

Qualifications

Current and active North Dakota Physical Therapist license
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in an SNF or rehab setting
Ability to travel between Larimore, Lakota, and Park River, ND
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation
Proficiency with EMR and documentation systems
Knowledge of Medicare and insurance billing guidelines
Skill in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription
