Area Of Responsibility Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long‑term decisions and value chain optimization. Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions. Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders. Perform specialized research on third‑party products, providing in‑depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards. Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure. Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long‑term system reliability. Your Contribution to the Team Expertise in IT solutions and solution architecture for specific sectors. Proficiency in evaluating IT solutions and aligning them with business enhancement goals. A focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies. Proactive problem‑solving to streamline complex requirements. Skilled in research, innovation adoption, and designing scalable architectures, aligned with industry standards and best practices. Required Skill and Experience Experience in Agile methodologies, specializing in ELK Stack, AWS, Linux/UNIX system administration, automation, CI/CD, and monitoring solutions. Designed, deployed, and managed scalable, resilient ELK/EFK clusters (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats, Kafka, Zookeeper), built ingestion pipelines, performed Elasticsearch tuning, ETL from MySQL, and enabled centralized logging, monitoring, and real‑time streaming using Spark and Kafka. Cloud, Automation & Configuration Management: Extensive hands‑on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, EBS, ELB, Auto Scaling, IAM, CloudWatch), automation using Bash/Shell and Python, and configuration management with Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Salt; managed Git/SVN and repository tools (JFrog, Artifactory, Nexus). Infrastructure, Monitoring & Operations: Strong background in Linux/UNIX (Red Hat, Solaris, AIX), VMware virtualization, system builds, migrations, DR, security, and performance tuning; proactive monitoring using Nagios, Datadog, CloudWatch, and deep troubleshooting using tools like Postman and Fiddler. Preferred Skill and Experience Knowledge about Life Science R&D Domain Business Functions. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
