Housekeeper Position at The CentroContinental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Housekeeper to join our team at our beautiful The Centro residential apartment community in Fort Myers, FL. You will provide above and beyond customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents. You will maintain the appearance of apartment communities and ensure new homes are ready for resident move-in by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.Position SpecificsFull-TimePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourAdditional earning potential through position-specific performance incentivesEssential Responsibilities:Manage daily upkeep and cleaning of property grounds, clubhouse, amenities, units, and all common areasHelp maintain landscaping including watering, planting, mulching, and pruning shrubsPerform daily inspections of the community, ensuring it is litter free by removing trash and maintaining cleanliness of grounds, dumpster areas, pet stations, and other areasStock refreshments as needed in common areasHelp with pressure washing, storm clean-up and snow removal in winterProvide direct support to your Service SupervisorSkills for Success:Ability to operate basic equipment such as blowers, mowers, pressure washers, vacuums, etc.Ability to work overtime and on call, and a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysYou will need to use technology such as computers, tablets, telephone, and other office equipment to perform tasks.Why You'll Love Life at Continental:Career Growth: You'll have the tools, training, and opportunities for a meaningful career with long-term growth potential.
