Maintenance Mechanic
Maintenance Mechanic Now Hiring! We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Gilroy, CA. Pay: $24.00-$28.00 Shift: Varies What you'll do: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Inspect, repair, and maintain machinery to ensure safe and reliable operation Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts What we're looking for: Maintenance/mechanical experience in a manufacturing or food-production environment preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work safely around industrial equipment Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work the required shift, including overtime when needed Why work for Advance Services, Inc.
