Customer Service Rep

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established distribution and manufacturing organization in the Nashville area to hire a Logistics Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, order management, problem-solving, and supporting both internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, order changes, and returns while ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  
  
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding order status, inventory, pricing, and product information
  
  
• Provide quotes, pricing support, and inventory availability updates
  
  
• Review orders for accuracy, including quantities, delivery dates, item numbers, and special instructions
  
  
• Research and resolve order discrepancies, inventory issues, and customer inquiries
  
  
• Maintain reports and documentation to support daily operations
  
  
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfillment
  
  
• Handle a high volume of customer communication via phone, email, and chat
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, order processing, or a related field
  
  
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  
  
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  
  
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  
  
• Comfortable navigating ERP systems and business software
  
  
• SAP experience is highly preferred
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  
  
• Reliable transportation and ability to maintain an in-office schedule as required
  
  

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
