Position Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation clinic in Napa County, CA. This role focuses on delivering personalized, evidence-based care in a modern, technology-driven environment while helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform orthopedic and rehabilitation evaluations
• Deliver one-on-one patient care and therapeutic interventions
• Educate patients on treatment plans and recovery goals
• Utilize modern physical therapy techniques and technology
• Collaborate with clinical team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in continuing education and professional development

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
• Active California Physical Therapy License
• CPR Certification
• New Graduates Welcome
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology, and rehabilitation
