Automotive Sales Consultant

Salesperson The mission of the salesperson is to maximize and support 100% of all inbound and outbound customer traffic, while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. By his/her impression, the image of the dealership is portrayed. This position requires an individual with excellent people skills. This position will include daily interaction with the dealership's Management Staff (Variable & Fixed Operations) and select Sales Managers/Floor Managers. Essential functions may include tasks such as working a daily business plan, managing and measuring lead activity, leveraging auto responders and personalized emails to drive appointments and sales, and adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or the equivalent, ability to read and comprehend instructions, a professional appearance, excellent interpersonal and telephone skills, and knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing retail. Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, handling, reaching, crouching, far vision, depth perception, and talking. Environmental conditions require the ability to work outside in weather and inside a climate-controlled environment. Demonstration drives require salesperson accompaniment, and a dress code is in place for neat and clean appearance.
