• Unit Notes:Profile Review+ Manager Interview Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Department: Cost Center: SOCIAL WORK General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) not required Other Certifications/Specialty certifications requirements? LMSW or LCSW Caseload/# patients per day/consults per day varies 12-16 EMR Cerner Do you require InterQual criteria or Milliman experience N/A What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Home Care, etc.) Inpatient, Emergency Department, Family Birthing Center, ICU, Common duties/ Required skills or knowledge (Types of patient populations, DC planning, etc.) complete SW assessments, SW Mental Health assessments, Title 36 petitions as needed, DC planning as needed, homelessness, substance abuse, SDOH conults, maternal child assessments, DCS and APS reporting as neeeded SW Manager/Supervisor Olivia Casillas Shifts & Scheduling Hours are typically 0800-1630, guaranteed 40 hours per week, weekends would be maybe every 3-4 weeks if at all Weekend Requirement weekends would be maybe every 3-4 weeks if at all Holiday Requirement no Scrub Color/Dress-code business casual Pharmacy for DC Planning? varies Department Specific Orientation 1-2 week onboarding with SW Manager Cancellation Policy:4 shifts per contract; 3 shifts if contract is under 13 weeks Charting System:Cerner BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:A typical workday is 0800-1630 with some flexibility needed to occasionally cover the emergency department from 1000-1830.
