Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $28.48 / Hour Job Schedule Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sunday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site‑specific procedures and supporting security‑related protocols at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention. Monitor access points and help confirm that entry and visitor processes are followed in accordance with location policies and assigned post orders. Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and relay important information during shift changes to support ongoing security‑related operations. Minimum Requirements An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
