Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to our clients in a home care setting, ensuring their health and comfort while supporting their independence. Responsibilities Provide basic nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs. Assist clients with daily living activities and health maintenance. Document patient care by accurately recording observations and treatments. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide education and support. Follow established protocols and safety procedures to ensure high quality care. Requirements Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan. Previous experience in nursing or home care preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Livonia, MI. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month.
