Principal Process Integration Engineer

Responsibilities Transferring new products and technologies from TSMC headquarters. Reviewing daily WAT (Wafer Acceptance Test) and inline/offline abnormal signal and executing containment and preventive actions. Collaborating with fab engineering team to improve yield and WAT stability and reduce process defects. Providing technical support to mixed signal customers. Qualifications Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering and two (2) years of experience in a related position. Senior level Process Integration Engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.
