In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment. This position requires completing training, following safety procedures, operating assigned tools and equipment, and meeting production expectations while maintaining quality standards.

Skills and Experience

• Assembly: Assemble products in accordance with company quality and production standards.
• 6 months to 1 year of recent work experience required.
• Safety Procedures: Understand and follow all applicable safety rules and workplace procedures.
• Equipment Operation: Successfully complete training on how to operate equipment needed for the assigned job, including hand tools, hoists, and other required tools.
• Production Support: Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure products are assembled correctly and meet company standards.
• Work Area Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, cool, and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Reliability: Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts. Ability to work in multiple assembly areas as required.
• Growth Mindset: Take advantage of training, opportunities for pay increases, and room for growth within the company.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and lift up to 30lbs.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree in electronics and/or electronic experience preferred
