Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety throughout procedures
- Assist anesthesia and surgical teams during operative cases, including positioning, equipment handling, and instrument management
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively, respond to changes, and document events and outcomes
- Ensure accurate counts of instruments and supplies; manage specimens and labeling as needed
- Support OR turnover, room readiness, and adherence to unit protocols
- Participate in on-call coverage as required and communicate effectively with team members

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license in hand; conditional license accepted
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NHISS (as listed)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year OR RN experience
- Education: RN degree from an accredited program (implicit for licensure)
- Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccination with booster; no exemptions
- Ability to work in an operating room environment and fulfill on-call requirements
- Compliance: SSN and DOB required for submission; clinician must log into the MA online portal to itemize items received and send a screenshot to the recruiter
