Shift: 12 hr days (7a-7p)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

Current RN license
Certifications: ACLS and BLS
Must be willing to float to Step-down if needed

Compliance / Notes:

Flu vaccine is required
A maximum of 3 days off requests may be made per 13-week contract
The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, guaranteed hours will not apply.
