Expertise: Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, wage & hour issues, and workplace investigations. Licensed: Active member of the Bar in good standing. Versatility: Comfortable managing both litigation and compliance matters for a wide range of clients. What You Bring Strong litigation skills, including motion practice, depositions, and courtroom presence. Ability to provide day-to-day counsel on employment policies, risk management, and employee relations. Excellent client communication and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
