We're looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager who wants to be part of a close-knit team, lead by example, and help grow a strong, dependable installation department.About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing residential and light commercial HVAC installations throughout the Chicagoland area. You'll support installers in the field, ensure quality workmanship, and work closely with ownership and office staff to keep jobs running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and mentor HVAC installation teamsSchedule and coordinate daily installation workEnsure high-quality workmanship, safety, and code complianceTrain and develop installers and lead techniciansConduct job site visits and resolve installation issues or callbacksWork closely with ownership, sales, service, and dispatch teamsManage labor efficiency, material usage, and gross profit goalsHandle customer concerns professionally and with careMaintain company vehicles, tools, and jobsite standardsUphold company policies and safety proceduresWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead or management preferred)Strong residential HVAC knowledge (boilers a plus)Proven leadership skills with a team-first mindsetFamiliarity with Chicagoland codes and permittingStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesServiceTitan experience is a plusEPA Certification required (NATE a plus)Valid driver's license and clean driving recordPay & Benefits:Medical insurance coverage, with the employer contributing up to 75% of the cost through BlueCross/BlueShield.Dental insurance coverage, with the employer contributing up to 75% of the cost through BlueCross/BlueShield.Vision insurance coverage, with the employer contributing up to 75% of the cost through BlueCross/BlueShield.Company vehicle or vehicle allowance401(k) plan with up to a 4% company match.Paid vacation and holidays.Ongoing support from ownership and leadershipCompany-provided uniform.Long-term opportunity with a stable, family-owned companyIf you're looking for a leadership role where your experience is respected and your voice matters, we'd love to talk.Compensation: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
