Senior Technical Program Manager — Client Implementation & Enablement

Job Summary (List Format) Senior Technical Program Manager, Client Implementation & Enablement

- Lead end-to-end technical onboarding programs for strategic clients, defining scope, milestones, and success criteria for each engagement.
- Develop and manage repeatable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, templates, and automation to streamline processes and reduce cycle time.
- Oversee technical integration projects, including APIs, data migrations, connectors, and both batch/real-time data flows.
- Act as the senior client-facing program lead, facilitating kickoffs, status reviews, steering committees, and executive communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, security, compliance, QA, operations, professional services, and third-party vendors.
- Identify, track, and resolve technical and commercial dependencies and risks, including data mapping, security reviews, and legal/contract milestones.
- Drive readiness for go-live and early production support, including runbooks, rollback plans, monitoring, alerting, and SLA handoffs.
- Measure and improve onboarding outcomes, tracking metrics such as time to value, launch success rate, change request frequency, customer satisfaction, and operational cost.
- Mentor and enable implementation teams to adopt best practices in agile delivery and continuously improve throughput.
- Partner with product and go-to-market teams to influence the product roadmap based on onboarding experiences and recurring client requirements.
- Demonstrate strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to senior executives and drive decision-making.
- Utilize delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Salesforce) to manage program artifacts and documentation.
- Apply technical fluency in cloud architectures, REST APIs, authentication/authorization, data mapping, and CI/CD.
- Foster a client-centric, strategic, and risk-based approach while promoting continuous improvement across processes and teams.
