About the Role:
As a Regional Director of Operations (Healthcare Dietary), you will lead a team of dietary professionals in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, and promoting a positive dining experience. You will oversee multiple healthcare facilities in the region, fostering strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders. Your expertise in dietary management will guide the development of menus, nutrition plans, and food service operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of dietary professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to achieve excellent results
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve food service quality, patient satisfaction, and cost control
• Collaborate with healthcare facility staff to ensure seamless integration of dietary services, patient care, and facilities operations
• Conduct regular facility visits to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control
• Analyze data to identify trends, optimize operations, and make informed business decisions
• Foster strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders to promote open communication and trust
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability
Requirements:
Experience in healthcare dietary management, with a strong background in operations, leadership, and regulatory compliance
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, dietary standards, and patient care principles
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel regularly to visit facilities and attend meetings
