Junior In-House Counsel - Contracts (Nonprofit, LA)

Crystal Stairs, Inc. seeks a Staff Counsel for its Los Angeles office to provide internal legal counsel on various legal matters. This role includes drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and laws, and advising on corporate governance.
The successful candidate will be a member of the California Bar, with 2 to 4 years of experience in legal practice and a solid foundation in contract law. Knowledge of contract management systems is preferred, and strong communication skills are essential. The position is 100% on-site.
