PRN Physical Therapist – Knoxville AreaNHC Farragut and surrounding NHC-owned skilled nursing facilities in the Knoxville area are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team and provide flexible coverage throughout the Knoxville area.The PRN Physical Therapist will provide coverage at NHC Farragut and other NHC-owned skilled nursing facilities in the Knoxville area as needed. This position is ideal for a PT who values flexibility and enjoys working with a collaborative rehabilitation team.Primary responsibilities include:Providing skilled physical therapy services to residents in the skilled nursing setting.Providing coverage when regular therapy partners are on vacation, out sick, or otherwise unavailable.Conducting weekend physical therapy evaluations as needed.Completing evaluations, treatment, progress notes, and other required documentation in accordance with Medicare and facility requirements.Collaborating with nursing, physicians, therapy staff, residents, and families to support positive patient outcomes.Maintaining high standards of clinical care, documentation, and regulatory compliance.Telehealth services may also be requested as needed to support coverage and continuity of care.Qualifications include:Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license in good standing.Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.SNF/geriatric experience preferred.Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered, and medically necessary skilled therapy.This PRN opportunity provides the flexibility to work across NHC Farragut and surrounding NHC-owned skilled nursing facilities in the Knoxville area, while becoming part of a supportive rehabilitation team committed to quality patient care.Schedule: PRN / As Needed Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities Location: Knoxville Area, Tennessee Position: Physical Therapist – PRN
