Position Highlights: * Physician-led, Patient-centered team-based care environment * Focus on Quality instead of Quantity while delivering utmost care to patients * Moderate scheduling templates to promote Work and Life Balance * Partner with other medical professionals while practicing with autonomy * Practice at the peak of your license providing evidence-based medicine * Patient Assessments, Formulating Care Plans, Finding Gaps in Care Delivery, Communicating and Teaching patients about personal Care Management * Educate and empower your patients to take ownership of their health

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $244,000 - $423,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
