Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
A dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner is needed to join a neonatal care team across multiple Level II NICUs. The position involves providing impactful care for newborns and their families while offering a balanced work-life schedule. The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver care in several facilities. The responsibilities include providing neonatal and newborn care across different Level II NICUs. The schedule entails working 12 shifts per month, with approximately 18 days off per month. Shifts will include a combination of 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, including on-call responsibilities from home during off shifts. Additional shift opportunities may be available in a newborn nursery for shorter shifts. This position requires residency within the immediate local area and may involve relocation. A focus on employee health and well-being is emphasized, with various plans to support work-life balance.
