Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead our newest restaurant from the ground up. This is your chance to build a team, build a culture, and make your mark on a brand new location.

What You'll Do

• Own the full restaurant P&L, driving sales and controlling costs
• Recruit, hire, and build a team from day one
• Lead daily operations — FOH, BOH, and everything in between
• Set the tone for guest experience and hold the team to it
• Train and develop AGMs, KMs, and hourly team members
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards at all times
• Be the face of Luna Grill in the Yucaipa community

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years as a GM in a high-volume or fast-casual restaurant required
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
• Strong P&L and cost management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
