Leasing & Community Experience Specialist

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy at a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, qualify leads, process applications, and prepare lease documents to ensure a smooth move-in. You will design marketing plans, coordinate with maintenance, support the Property Manager, and maintain accurate records using Yardi or OneSite.
