Job Summary

Harrington Bottling (HC), a family-owned Pepsi bottler proudly serving Montana, is now hiring Full-Time Driver Helpers / Delivery Assistants in the Helena area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a physically active role, general labor job, warehouse support position, or entry-level route delivery career with strong long-term growth potential.

This position works 4-day work weeks (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 10-hour shifts) , offering consistent hours and work-life balance.

As a Driver Helper / Route Delivery Assistant , you'll support delivery drivers in transporting and merchandising Pepsi products at retail locations, while gaining hands-on experience in beverage distribution, logistics, and supply chain operations .

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload products (cases, pallets) in a fast-paced warehouse / delivery environment
Assist with route deliveries to grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail accounts
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays ( merchandising / retail stocking )
Rotate inventory using FIFO (first-in, first-out) methods to ensure freshness
Build promotional displays and maintain planogram compliance
Provide excellent customer service to store personnel
Perform physical work including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods

Qualifications

Must be 18+ years old
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to perform manual labor / general labor tasks in a physically demanding environment
Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs regularly)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation ( must be able to commute )
Prior experience in warehouse, delivery, stocking, labor, logistics, or merchandising is a plus but not required
