The Restorative Division at The Carpenter Health Network is building an exceptional team to navigate a full post-acute care continuum!

Sage Specialty Hospital is hiring a Clinical Liaison for Baton Rouge, LA area.

The Clinical Liaison/Marketer will play an integral role in our team by ensuring care continuity of patients and promoting our care continuum.

An excellent compensation package is being offered to the selected candidate including competitive base salary plus bonus program, health, and dental insurance, accrued PTO, retirement plans (401-k) and an opportunity to grow!

Experience/Skills :

  • Proven Marketing/Admissions Intake experience in healthcare with a clinical background such as a Registered Nurse , Licensed Practical Nurse, or Respiratory Therapist
  • Hospital/Rehab (LTAC, In-patient rehab) experience preferred
  • Strong Clinical Assessment skills
  • Ensuring compliance through clinical perspective, expertise, and critical thinking skills.
  • Capable of achieving results by supervising and participating in Marketing and Admissions Intake activity with minimal direction.
  • Ability to consistently design and achieve appropriate Marketing/Admissions Intake goals and objectives.
  • Talented in networking with referral sources.
  • Experience in developing Marketing plans for hospitals/community.
  • Navigating clinical review, oversite of processes, planning/implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing marketing trends/changes

Requirements:

  • Must reside in territory
  • Clinical discipline with current license in good standing
  • 2 or more years of clinical experience required
  • Working knowledge of computers and software packages such as Microsoft 365 Office.
  • Knowledge of hospital data bases
  • Proven ability to work with physicians, social workers, insurance companies, case managers, patients, and families.
  • Current valid LA Driver’s License
