Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. The role is physical, fast‑paced, and involves indoor/outdoor delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. Candidates will receive a comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $24.00/hour. After route assignment, a solid base salary and commission potential become available. The majority of work occurs on a 4‑day workweek, with no nights or weekends, and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives are offered. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Expand the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Hold an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain DOT medical certification. Provide documentation of previous employment. Meet the physical requirements of the position. Possess a high school diploma, GED, or military service. Demonstrate strong customer service orientation. Show self‑motivation and a drive to succeed in a team environment. Maintain a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
