Responsibilities Safely operate charter buses for group tours, events, and scheduled trips Transport passengers to and from destinations in a timely and professional manner Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage as needed Maintain a clean and comfortable bus interior throughout each trip Communicate effectively with dispatchers and tour coordinators regarding routes and schedules Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement Clean driving record with no major violations Previous experience operating charter, tour, or commercial buses preferred Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) rules Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays Professional, punctual, and safety-focused demeanor About Us Epic Tours LLC is a premier charter transportation company based in Emmaus, PA, dedicated to creating memorable travel experiences for every passenger.
