Job Description As a Security Officer Access Authorization in ROGERS, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access credentials, controlling visitor and employee access, and documenting activity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.64 / Hour Weekly Pay Job Schedule DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMThur04:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor entry and exit points at a food and beverage production location; verify identification, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation before permitting access in accordance with site procedures. Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery records, and communicate access concerns or policy violations to appropriate site personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established security-related procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
