Responsibilities What You'll Do Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. Recruit, interview, and guide clinicians through career opportunities. Develop and manage your own pipeline of candidates. Partner with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience. Stay connected with clinicians throughout their careers.
