Legal Administrative Assistant

$35 per hour

Overview Trustpoint.One is assisting an Am Law 50 global law firm in their search for a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Minneapolis office. This is a temp-to-perm role supporting a Partner within the firm’s transactional law practice, which includes contract work, corporate matters, M&A, entity formation, venture capital, and intellectual property. This opportunity offers exposure to one of the largest law firms in the world, where the Legal Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting complex, high-level legal work in a professional and collaborative environment. Job Title Legal Administrative Assistant Details Salary Range: $35/hour Location: Minneapolis, MN – Downtown by the river Work Schedule: Hybrid (onsite requirement likely at the start; hybrid details TBD), Temp-to-Perm Key Responsibilities Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents. Handle eFiling with precision and timeliness. Collaborate with Legal Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants on complex projects. Utilize workflow tools to manage and track assignments. Assist with time entry and expense reimbursement tasks. Provide support on pre-billing processes, including correspondence and approval forms. Perform additional administrative duties in support of the Partner as required. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal setting. Strong drafting, editing, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Proficiency with legal and office technology; ability to adapt to firm-specific workflow systems.
