Material Handler Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and control plans
• Basic measurement and inspection skills
• Ability to record production and quality data accurately
• Understanding of FIFO inventory practices preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

• Stock work areas with the correct materials and components for production
• Mix materials as needed according to established instructions
• Perform first-piece, last-piece, and in-process inspections
• Take basic measurements and record data on production and quality logs
• Record material and resin lot numbers accurately
• Identify and report nonconforming products or process issues to management
• Follow corrective action procedures and quality standards
• Label products and materials as needed
• Manage scrap and recycle materials according to company procedures
• Operate a forklift as needed to move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
