• Ability to function independently under general guidance of the Director and follows the guidelines and protocols and/or policies and protocols specific to each unit. Duties require independent action and judgment. Utilizes time management, communication, planning, delegating, and problem solving in providing care. Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Must maintain emotional stability in emergency settings.

• 2 years current Med Surg experience
• IV experience REQUIRED
• BSN Preferred
• PEARS - Pediatric Emergency Assessment and Stabilization preferred
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Massachusetts

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : MA RN license must be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
