Bilingual Therapies is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to support students during the 2026–2027 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to work with middle school students and provide essential social-emotional, behavioral, and academic support that helps students thrive in the school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group social work services to students
• Support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
• Conduct assessments and assist with intervention planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records
• Help foster a positive and supportive school environment

Qualifications

• Active School Social Worker License/Certification Required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to support diverse student populations and needs
• Commitment to student advocacy and success

Assignment Details

• Serve 8th-grade students
• Support both General Education and Special Education populations
• Caseload of approximately 35 students
• Provide direct and indirect social work services as part of a multidisciplinary team
